Immediately after you place your order, your pet upload is sent to one of our artists. Please allow 3-4 days for the artwork to be completed, and another 5-10 days for the product to be shipped. You can expect 2-3 weeks maximum delivery time from when you placed your order to the time you receive your Pet Pix Print product. 

Tracking numbers can take up to 4 days to generate. If you still don’t get tracking at that time, send us an email to support@pawgifty.com

We want you to be 100% satisfied and love the final artwork. We will print it when you will approve the artwork.

If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we’ll work with you to make you happy.

We ship items separately because we have different print partners for different products. Because we want to ensure you get your order quickly.

Currently, we ship all of our item to USA. We ship few of our items  (Phone Case, Blanket, Necklace) outside USA too. Very soon we will ship all of our item worldwide.
