Return & Refund Policy

We gladly accept returns or refunds.
Contact us within seven days of delivery if you are unhappy with the product. We will replace or refund.

If you received a wrong product or something doesn't look right or is defective, we will replace it immediately. Note that all customers receive an artwork proof, and we allow unlimited edits before printing to ensure 100% satisfaction with artwork!

Your Paw Gifty product is 100% unique and custom-made. So we cannot resell. So you don't need to return.

Before Product Received
Order cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours after your order. Because we assign all orders to our designers/ artists immediately, on some occasions, we'll be able to refund/cancel an order beyond 24 hours at no cost to you. It just depends. Emails us to enquire.

Any order sent to print cannot be canceled under any circumstance.

After Product Received
Because these are one-of-a-kind products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, we always send you a draft for your approval before print. But if you received art that does not look like your approved art, we'll do what we can to make it right.

Replacement Guarantee
If you receive a wrong or defective product, we will replace it as fast as possible. Please email or message us and provide a few photos of your product defects. We are committed to giving a replacement to any customer who receives the wrong or defective/ damaged product.

For Digital Artwork: We accept refunds or replacements until 30 days after placing the order.
